Welcome to the new Pokemon Solar Light and Lunar Dark Forums! We have started the forums all over again to clean it up a bit from the old one, as you can see, it has a new layout and new banner (I hope you like it) that banner will be updated as soon as I have something to add to it.
Forums
Please help us make this forum come alive! we have over 5000 members but barely any activity on the forums, it's a bit sad that people just want the game and only come to find downloads but no one is coming on here to contribute to the forums, so please! help build the forums up by posting threads and topics about all things Pokemon and our game!
Game
The game is coming a long quickly! I'm hoping to have the game finished by the end of the year or at least the beginning of next year, the next and last Demo of the game will be out in August sometime, Tao is currently busy with general life and study but will finish up what needs to be done when he has the spare time to! So be looking forward to that, it'll be the last demo we release to the public as well, the last one before the final product!
The new demo will include a lot of new places and Pokemon to explore as well as a few new features.

Please use googledrive to distribute game and also if you want to keep the forum active you need to be around to reply to posts.

I'm on it everyday, I shouldn't have to be the only one keeping the forums alive, I have other work to do, I try and comment on posts as much as possible, it gets a little tiring having to answer the same questions all the time too. |

Yes i understand this, arent there other moderators? I dont really know alot about the game because i havent played it yet (awaiting final beta) but from i have seen there should be a thread for new versions.. i couldnt find that anywhere. And on that thread there should be changelogs and what not. If there is a post like that i cant seem to find it since the website was redone (good job btw). I will make an account and try help with keeping the forum alive and invite people who i think will make posts.

There will be a new demo released in a couple of weeks and then there will be a new link for it, seems silly to put up links to older demo's when we have a new demo on the way.

Wait i have a question, i saved int he town to rassic city and it says thats all for the demo, if the new one is released will my save file still be there or will i have to do it all over again? Im also wondering if you can change the battle music for wild pokemon and the normal trainer battle, because the wild pokemon music gets a bit boring later on in my opinion. Also, have you found a way to make the music loop? Anywho, the game is amazing and ive made it till the town near rassic city its amazing a lot of effort has been put in i enjoy it theres just some small things that need to be altered to make it 100% enoyable. I love the game.

P.S. Will the pokemon cries change to be a bit relevant to the pokemon? because ive been seeing like a cute pokemon have a voice of ike a hariyama or something haha

@ Saleh (i hope this name is from fire emblem  ) I believe your save data will still be usable. Just think of the new demo as an expansion. Your other two comments seems like it needs to be in the suggestion section of the forums. |

New Forum Questions :
1 - where is the old forum content? can we still access it? Most of this forum says 0 threads. Do you have it saved somewhere? there were many discussions and tons of content about bugs, scripts, etc, and I hope it isn't all lost.
2 - The previous forum seemed to use cookies to let us know when there was an un-read post in a board, and which thread it is in, I didn't see that on the main page for the boards, will it be added?

1 - all the bugs that were found were fixed, so it was fine to clear that part of the forum, Tao suggested we re-start the forums so I assume he didn't need it anymore.
2 - I'm not sure how I can change that.

wt 1 - bugs aside, there were many suggestions, ideas, etc, it would be nice to still have the discussions visible (at least searchable in an archive maybe) so that they could be referenced and perhaps expanded upon. Although I do agree that a fair amount of the content was redundant, I'm sure the workers area would have had at least a few threads that should have been kept. Tao, is the content still kept somewhere? Can you make it accessible as locked threads or something? I've learned that a loss of any content is a loss overall, even if we do not use it, it is better to have it and not use it, than need it and not have it. 2 - I noticed that the threads do still use (probably cookies) to keep track of which ones we have seen, and say [NEW] on threads that have new posts on them (such as this one did when you clicked it to read this) they just do not appear on the main page that show the different boards of threads, which would be really nice to have instead of having to check each board for new posts in threads.

I don't know why this game doesnt have that much publicity. It's awesome. Also admin should look into having a reddit page.
