Just encountered a Apein in the Tropic Jungle, which used Knock Off on my Salaslam carrying Salaslamite and knocked the mega stone off. I'm not in mega forme during that, so I'm not sure what would happen in that case; However, I'm pretty sure Knock Off isn't supposed to be able to knock away mega stones, so there's that.
