Hi, sorry if this isn't the correct way to submit bug reports but...it could just be me being stupid...
In the 5.0 Demo, twice now, I have encountered what I believe to be a glitch whilst using the PC to store Pokémon. I tend to use the 'Move' opetion, rather than the 'Deposit' or 'Withdraw' function and have not tested whether this problem occurs in these functions too; but whilst using the PC function 'Move', I have in my hurry or after changing my mind, sometimes used the ESC key to hop out of the PC whilst STILL HOLDING A POKEMON.
Upon returning to the PC box or my team, the Pokémon has vanished. PERMANENTLY.
It seems like if you have an incomplete task, the computer doesn't put the held Pokémon back in the last place it was stored, it simply loses it and it is gone forever, as if it were released.
This has now happened to me twice, and both Pokémon that were lost were of value to me and not simply a farmed Pokédex chicken or whatever. I wanted to KEEP them. It's a waste of my in game resources, time and effort when this happens.
I checked every single box in the PC, my team and used every other function in the PC to try and locate the missing Pokémon; but they had just vanished. When this has happened, the ONLY way to get them back is to reload the game. And that is IF you saved your game with it safe and sound either in the PC or in your team.
So...could someone either correct me and tell me where the Pokémon vanish to, or could this please be fixed? It's a hard habit to break and an easy mistake to make when we're all so used to using the ESC key. It cannot be left as a one-press FU to the player if they make a mistake, or snap decision to stop using the PC.
