Like I already said, read again kid. They keywords are "confirmed" and "definetly". Stop searching for excuses. You're just embarassing yourself. I do have the right to give up on them. But I also have the right to tell them my opinion regarding this whole thing. And that's exactly what I'm doing. Now stop white knighting them and just admit that they should've thought twice before they said things like "it will come out before SuMo" or "only a few more weeks". Yes, I'm definitely embarrassing myself for showing patience and faith to the developers instead of calling them out in guise of "expressing my opinion" just to hide the fact that I'm heartbroken over the much delayed release. In case you haven't noticed, this has happened to a lot of other fangames as well. Some developers choose to release their games in episodes, some wait until the complete final version. This developer simply choose the latter. Tell me how many completed popular fangames that has been released out there, especially the one with Fakémon. I don't blame you for being angry about it, but flaming in this forum will not contribute to anything other than releasing your own pent-up frustration, and promoting further flaming from other users. They're breaking promises? Big deal. It happens all the time. They're not professionals capable of careful planning so they can tell you the exact release date. The sooner you can accept this, the better it is for you. Lmao. Dude get outta here. I'm not heartbroken over anything. I merely wrote down my opinion. You guys came at me being salty af for calling the devs out for this whole mess. Also it's funny to see how you tried to cover up their promise by being an estimate and now you be all like "ok they broke their promise. who cares?". Oh, wow, you guys should try to cool down a bit. It's just a Fangame, nothing more.
And if there is someone who wants to hear an excuse that we could't realize our estimated release date(s), then here we go: We are sorry that we haven't released the game until now. We could have released the game to the time we said, but there were some circumstances after telling this dates, so we haven't. New Features (Pokémon Following, custom Music, custom battle anmiations, whole new Pokemon Data), which are connect to People who helps us now, so I'm not the one who telling our helpers: "Finish your stuff, we ned to release!" They are done when they are done, like this game.
Furthermore, I see this game as something very important for me, I mean WT and myself worked on this over 8 years, so it's part of our life and one of our hobbies. We want to release it as the best version as we can. That's our decision and if you want to play the game, you have to live with that. If you don't wanna play the game anymore, that's ok, it's your decision.
If you want to be up to date for the game, you should look at my DeviantArt account, I won't post much in this board anymore, so the better source is DeviantArt.
I don't post there much too, a little bit more than here, but I also learned of our mistakes and won't set any new release date, because you can see here what happens if you can't satisfy it.
The stuff I can tell you is, that we had the first big final Tests in April/May. After that we worked on Bug Fixing and added some Post Game stuff, if everything of this stuff is done, we will test again. That's all I will say for the moment.

I'm happy we got some words from one of the devs about this instead of all of the worried speculation. Good to hear that the game's gonna be fleshed out enough to have a post-game and they're keeping up with the bugs. I hope it'll be worth the wait! I poured hours into the demo back when I first discovered it, and would love to pour even more time to the final product when the game is finished. I wish the devs good luck on these final stretches of work and would like to restate my excitement!
