This happpened after i whited out from losing to team lunar in the forest then i saved and shut the computer down. The next day when i entered the forest and a wild pokemon or even a trainer battle appear the message appears. |

Same thing happened to me except later in the game.
I don't know how to fix it either.

For me my pokemon were all at half or less health when I did the battles so I lost XD.
