Team Rocket was pretty menacing, but I really liked Team Flare too. Lysandre <3 But my absolute favorite is from the spin-off games Pokemon Colosseum and Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness, Team Cipher. Cipher steals pokemon and turns them into Shadow Pokemon. Also the ceiling peons..... You think you're close to getting through a hideout and then from the ceiling....     Ceiling peon. |

hambone xD Yeah I did forget Team Cipher and the evil ceiling peons, definitely one of my favorites also. Speaking of Team Cipher you gotta mention Team Dim Sun and Wheeler's Bidoof attack  so... so... many Bidoof...
