So I'm trying to take the lighthouse challenge, but I literally can't progress due to there being no stairs in the lighthouse of Coralite Town. Anyone else having these issues?

If you're talking about when you first walk in, there's a passageway through the left wall that will bring you to the area where you can climb to the top.
