I think a lot of the pokemon's movesets need to be altered, example Purrlit learning Sand Attack at level 11...it's odd, Sand Attack is a beginning move so I think that should change, if there's anything you feel should be changed or an attack you think a Pokemon should learn, please leave a comment.

About that, Sand Attack at lvl 11 isn't actually too bad - see Kabuto line (lvl 21), Torchic line (lvl 10), Nincada line (lvl 9), Cacnea line (lvl 13), Patrat line (lvl 13), Purrloin line (lvl 10), and Dwebble line (lvl 11).

Zero and I revised all the movesets on the Wiki. Pokemon just not only learn powerful moves, they also have Status moves in their Sets. Sand Attack is a fitting move for a cat, which evolves into a Fire/ground. All three starters learns a status Move at Level 11.
Zero has a high knowledge of all pokemon moves and of existing movesets. He did an awesome Job with the pokemon Data, i don't think there is something to change.

I just think Sand Attack should be a beginning move for Purrlit instead of Tail Whip
So replacing Tail Whip with Sand Attack and then we could add in something better in Sand Attacks place like Fury Swipes or replacing it with another status move, Baby Doll Eyes, Assist, Agility, Copycat, Double Team, Mud Sport etc, I've just always felt Sand Attack should be a very early move to learn.
Play Nice would be a good replacement, lowers opponents Attack.

...I didn't even think of Assist. I'd like to mention here that most starters have Growl, Leer or Tail Whip as the beginning status move, but Sand Attack probably wouldn't be that much of a problem. Replace Tail Whip with Sand Attack, and Sand Attack with Assist, I guess.

Yeah I noticed in a few LP's that people found it strange that Purrlit learns Sand Attack so late
