DInomite?? is it catchable or not? (1,139 views)

I just want to know, is Dinomite catchable or not? It's because I enjoy playing the game with the dex so that I can keep an eye on my dex progress. But when I arrived at route 3, I noticed that there was a dragon type Fakemon. So I wanted to catch it, somehow he's not in the encounter list on that route. Is he going to be available later or he's just a really rare one.
