Can't select yes/no. V.5.0.2 (364 views)

I got on my game, I wanted to restart the game and play a new one. But when I went to delete my previous game, I couldn't move the arrow to select yes instead, the sound of the arrow moving (that dinging sound)just keeps spamming. Is it a problem or is it because of my computer? I keep my computer clean, so I don't know why this happened.

Anyone can explain this with me.
