I'm stuck, this is the only quest I have left to finish all of them, how do you get wish on meteorock?

It may learn it by level up though at a really high level. While experimenting I made a cosmet hold an everstone and it learned wish at lv53, I don't know if meteorock will also learn it if it evolved or if it is a thing where the evolution can't learn the move and only the pre-evolved form can
