I have the elemental stones and the balance stone, but I cannot get to cellance in the endgame, when I enter the portal I get ejected and it says nothing happens. what am I doing wrong?

The WIKI say: In the postgame you can catch Cellance here after placing the 5 elemental crystals on the pillar and jumping into the hole with a Balance Crystal, as well as Solaran and Lunaro while having Cellance in front of your party, and jumping down the hole at 12:00 and 24:00.
