Where do I get the Super Rod? (1,082 views)

There isn't a Super Rod page on the Wiki, so I was hoping I could get the answer here. I don't want to go on a quest to talk to every NPC in the game to try and find it.

You can find it in Subhail City. You get it from Fisherman Finley after you complete his quest.
